Preregistration  Rates (apply until June 25, 2010)

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes welcome reception, conference banquet and the conference excursion.

Abstract Info

To submit an abstract, please use the on-line submission form to upload both a short abstract that will appear in the program workbook  and also an extended abstract that will appear in the complete program.

short abstract for program workbook (max 250 characters)

extended abstract for complete program on memory stick

• max two pages in one pdf-file
• use 12 point font single-space for title, author info, text, captions and references
• 12 point is also preferred for tables and text in figures

Please note:

For technical reasons we ask you to fill out the online registration when you submit your abstract.

If you wish to make your payment of the registration fee at a later time, e.g. after you have been notified about the acceptance of your paper, check the payment option “bank transfer”.

If you choose this option you can still make your payment by credit card at a later time. For the payment of the early registration fee we need to receive your payment by June 25^th.

Please prepare to show a proof of your student status when you register on site in Berlin (document by your university or statement by your advising professor).
